Saturday 31 December 2011: Looking forward to aeroplanes in 2012
This was one of my Christmas presents from our eldest daughter, they know me so well!
I've watched the first DVD which covers from 1903 - 1918 (Wright Brothers through to the end of WW1. The other 3 DVD's cover various periods up to 2004 which, of course, includes the jet age which is where my greatest interest lies.
Really looking forward to 2012 air displays, if you visit a Vulcan Village at an airshow ask if David Rose is around, it would be great to meet fellow Blippers 'in the flesh' so to speak!
Hope 2012 is very kind to everyone.
