Parkrun

Debi and Cameron starting the new year energetically (so did Mrs RT) in the Frimley Lodge Parkrun over a 2-lap 5km course, with the option of doing one lap which if my maths is right might be 2.5km. Debi and Mrs RT did the 2 laps, Cameron (age 5 years and 8 months) was running it for the first time and did one lap in 15 minutes 39. Well done him (and her, and her, and everybody else).
