Quitting

Mrs Runhills is trying to give up smoking (again), she has got this new toy which is a dummy cigarette, she can 'smoke' it when she gets a craving, the end glows (blue) and there is smoke but no smell. We shall have to see how she gets on.

I played squash today for the first time in years, parts of me are going to hurt tomorrow. Yesterday I went swimming and managed 20 lengths, I was bored to death after 10 lengths but Mrs R told me I couldn't stop and I had to do another 10 - who am I to argue!
