Monday 2 January 2012: first rain
The first rains have fallen since arriving here in the Languedoc two weeks ago, and it's the middle of winter for goodness sake!
Falling very quietly from a grey sky and glistening on a grey road the signage on this damp little metal cover seemed very appropriate.
