At the opthalmists...

A colleague of mine once had an idea for a fast food chain serving various porridge-based delicacies. Doesn't sound like a great idea, but he had a name for the franchise - "Oat Cuisine". This opthalmist's chart reminded me of it today when I visited with number two daughter.
