Cold welcome
The taking down of the decorations is slowly underway.
The lights are off the tree, but my homemade wreath still hangs, (somewhat wiltingly) on the door.
I do hope the cold callers were warmed by it.
The hurricaine season continues here is bonny Scotland. The main road to Dundee was blocked by a very large fallen tree. Luckily I circumvented the traffic chaos, by just reading the updating Matrix sign in time, as I passed it.
Ally managed a great day inside Claudette, the lucky thing.
I finally managed to cook the New year ham tonight. That's dinner for the next week sorted an dthe odd food parcel to the northern lights, perhaps.
