Wednesday 4 January 2012: the good oil
To the Olive Oil Co-operative of Clermont l'Herault in the trusty Marcel where they have any imagineable item that could be made from the olive.. fruit or wood. Along with lots of other goodies such as Camargue salt, Garrigue honey and a sour cherry aperitif Guignolet these tins of olive oil caught my fancy. Lucques and Picholine are individial varieties of olive while Varietes Traditionnelles is a blended oil.
