Greek German Ukrainian Canadian Scottish supper

An international supper to be sure and very yummy! German Octoberfest sausage, Ukrainian perogies, Mr. Greek seasoning, Canadian onions (green and cooking) and cheddar cheese and sour cream, and Scottish beer (sort of). The four-peppercorn pepper is probably from Madagascar. The sea salt is from who-knows-where. The cooking onions were sautéed in a wee bit of Canadian maple bacon fat just to totally corrupt the diet plan tonight.

The beer is St. Ambroise Scotch Ale - a "wee heavy" of the 90-shilling variety. Dark and malty and strong at 7.5%, it was a nice accompaniment to the salty meal. McAuslan is the brewer and is located in Montréal, Québec. Slàinte Mhòr!
