I wouldn't say I was up with the sunrise this morning - as far as I can tell the sun didn't actually rise today - but I couldn't sleep and got up well before the darkness started to depart. I went out for a bit of a cliff walk to take in some of the brisk salty air.

I should do that walk to work every morning, even though 'the office' is directly underneath the bathroom, next to the kitchen ... if you get to the conservatory and garden you've gone too far - you need to turn around and come back inside a little.
