Long way down

This is our staircase at work, this picture was taken 3 and a half floors up.
To get to the 4th floor from the bottom floor keeps you fit. When i can stop wheezing.

Had to endure a very boring 2 hour meeting, got out at lunch time where i met up with Missymoo for a quick wander round the shops before she had to go home and i had to go back to work.
