Friday 6 January 2012: Is it to early to smile?
First day back with baking since before Christmas. Usually it's a trudge through the usual stuff but this morning it was scones and marshmallow icing for the most part which was a nice change.
I didn't have any marshmallows for the tops of these however so I striped the icing and used my almost unusable pink sugar instead. It's not often I make things that look as tasty as they actually are :)
