Is what our plumber was!

We had just going to be put the new bath exactly where the old one was, however Steve suggested taking a very small bit (just the width of the down pipe that was already in there but slightly longer) out of the adjacent spare bedroom and we'd be able to fit the bath widthways rather than lengthways! Marvellous!
