Well oiled machine

My head is some what muddled as I grapple with my convoluted process I seem to take to establishing order. I've Been wrestling with the ethics involved in setting up a counselling service and the conflicting roles I could hold and what the potential impacts might look like... Kind of hoping that if I trust in my process (if that is what is happening!) all will become clear.

Perhaps I need some oiling myself...
