Saturday 7 January 2012: Chillin
Isn't technology great - here I am sitting in my front room watching updates on Twitter of a 100k trail race in Texas (Bandera 100k), Nick Clark is competing and currently lying 5th - Awesome!
In the background the dog is chillin after a longish walk and daugther #2 is doing a jigsaw.
The clock is ticking towards beer o'clock and there is stir fry for tea.
Life doesn't get much better than this.
