Saturday 7 January 2012: Carb loading!
Ok probably not the best choices for carb loading.
Wholemeal rolls might have been better. I had not just one, but two crusty cob white rolls for lunch, covered in generous portions of double gloucester cheese.
The pasta this evening was rather tasty and with little cheese added to keep fat content to a minimum. All in preparation and building up my carbs stores for twice daily the running I'll be doing next week!
