Saturday 7 January 2012: Bobble hat #2 or maybe #3.....

So I knitted Bob a Bobble hat that he lost on Snowdon. I knitted him another one that he left at my parents back in December and then I thought I would make one for the Alastair, he might take better care of his;-)

The Mother in law gave me two books for Christmas, one with different bobble hat pattens and one for scarves. My children will end up looking like some lefty hippy children at this rate (which is fine, as that's my leaning anyway, although not the husbands!)

Ali liked his bobble hat and wore it all morning.

In other news we went to look at a house for sale just round the corner from us today. We didn't have high expectations due to the shoddy estate agent pictures but its really nice, although it doesn't tick all our boxes so we'll see. In any case it has not dampened our desire to get the house on the market but rather heightened it. I'm trying not to think about the whole thing as I know we've not got a hells chance of getting it but it gives us hope that when we do sell this one we might just be able to find something nice.
