Grey Partridge

Saw a field full of men with sticks and plastic bags waving them to frighten pheasants and partridges towards other men with guns, fortunately the four Grey Partridges I saw were nowhere near them.

Once shot a game bird will be tied by the legs to one of its mates and hung upside down to mature, personally that's a fate I would wish on the hunter, not the hunted.
