Saturday 7 January 2012: Happiness is....

.. having a new tube of Happinose - the only thing that makes having a cold bearable

Typical though, a weekend to myself & with big plans of getting stuck into the gym in the pre-wedding tone up and I come down with a stinking cold .....boo

Ah well....... on the advise of my granny - fed a cold starve a fever ;-0
