Simple yet delicious!

I do not very often take photos of food, but I had my first day of my new job (at my old work) this morning and had organised to have sausages and mash potatoes for tea. On my way home from work, it then turned into sausages, mash, vegies and onion gravy.

It is really hard to decide what to cook for myself when my other half isn't home, so when I do cook I normally don't enjoy it that much. But my simple dinner was thoroughly enjoyable, and now all I want to do is go to bed, after a big feed.
