Back at the gym

Finally shaken the cold just in time to do some publicity stuff for my gym. So I spent the afternoon down there playing with the big guys then whizzed back for Gullivers birthday tea.

Highlight of the gym day was when one of the really big guys threw up in a rubbish bin in the gym. Sadly I was moving a strobe at the time or thats what you'd be seeing here.
