Monday 9 January 2012: La Seu Vella
Today I went to Lleida for a work meeting, so I didn't have much time to take pictures (I only was 45 minutes there). Anyway it was time enough to take a picture to the landmark of the city.
It's its symbol: the old cathedral (La Seu Vella in Catalan). It's an impressive structure that mixed Gothic and Romanesque architecture and that has its origins in the distant paleo-Christian past .
