Monday 9 January 2012: Moonlit Bass
I've had a funny old day today. I felt a bit off this morning probably due to the fact that I woke at about 4 this morning coughing and I couldn't get back to sleep again for ages.
This afternoon, I went to help try to save a pilot whale which had beached itself on Tyninghame Beach but unfortunately it didn't make it.
Later, despite the sadness of the situation with the whale, I felt better as I realised I'd done a good thing today :-)
The moon was looking magnificent today and I took this from my lounge window.
