what girls should aspire to be?
Gentle?
For fuck's sake.
I don't mind if girls want to be that, if there are other options.
But there weren't.
Where is Clever girl (mini computer, dna 3d laser model).
Bonkers Girl (tattooing kit with real needles,
2 bottles of White Lightning Cider)
or even Surreal girl (a real, live talking monkey called Frank,
and a pocket full of nightmares)?
I was so mad, I nearly went over to the boys
electric guitars (Rock Star Guitar £40) and smashed
up the toy dept, a lá Pete Townsend.
