Today in Bakewell I bumped into (as you do) the music impressario Jonathan Rowlands who lives here.
Jonathan has worked in the business for years and amongst other things (Captain Beaky and his Band!) now organizes the really excellent Bakewell Acoustic Music Festival.
Now in its third year its on over the weekend 10th-12th of august.
There's nothing better than seeing artists perform live so come along, it'll restore your faith in music.
