Sunday 18 December 2011: Trip to Cape Kiwanda

This morning we headed up the coast to Lincoln city. This was the latest we ever had our trailer out in the season. The weather has been so mild.

After getting set up at Devil's Lake State Park, we drove over to Pacific City and met up with a photographer friend at The Pelican Pub.

After exploring the area and taking a few photos, we drove back to Lincoln City.

Later we drove back to Cape Kiwanda to catch the sunset. We spotted some gorgeous Bull Elk along the side of the road. We pulled over and I was able to get some close-up shots of them. They were gorgeous.
