Ride along the canal

Today has been sportastic !

Went for the usual, occassional bike ride along the canal with LadyLaLa.

As you can see it's dead posh and everything, this is where we stopped for our tea and cake you can see LaLa's zimmer parked up on top.

Quick, slow slog home followed by a personal training session with my good friend. (need to loose the Christmas weight gain).
