Wednesday 11 January 2012: A rose for remembrance
Today an old friend of mine laid to rest his fiancée. I didn't know her well, but I know how much she meant to him - a friend I don't see or talk to often enough but the kind who you slip easily into conversation with when you do catch up. Sadly I couldn't make the funeral but those who did were invited to take a single-stemmed flower. And so that is what I'm blipping today, as a sign I was thinking of her, him and their friends and families.
