Realised this evening that I might need to have people over to the flat more often if I'm to avoid a pretty serious caffeine/alcohol problem.

Got an online shop delivered today and totally lucked out on 'substitutions', got Lurpak instead of own-brand butter and 'more beef' rather than 'less beef' as they'd run out of the packets of 'less beef'. Huzzah. Helped the delivery man up the last flight of stairs as he was pretty much entirely obscured by giant carrier bags - that was my vaguely good deed of the day.

Anyway, after an apparently never-ending 5-day-week, it's finally Friday tomorrow. Might treat my camera by letting it out of the flat...
