Tuned to the wrong frequency!

Another out of sorts day, feeling like my brain is tuned to the wrong frequency! A broken night filled with bizarre dreams, full of faces that I do not ever wish to see again. Quite unsettling really.

I enjoyed a mammoth of a kickboxing workout session today though, which I'm especially pleased about, what with zero energy & haywire hormones urging me to eat my own body weight in anything chocolatey! Must. Resist....aargh.

The test card, by the way, is a mouse mat which I received for Christmas. I love it! Hideous, grainy pic with the phone, light being broken here in the study doesn't help, I do apologise!
