Friday 13 January 2012: Scallops
Had a great day at Martin Wishart's Cook School.
This was the best scallop dish I have ever tasted - though I say it myself.
A very absorbing class - no time to think about anything other than cooking (and eating of course).
Learned lots, realised there is a whole lot else to learn and used lots of nice kitchen equipment that I now absolutely need to have -obviously.
