Friday 13 January 2012: Legs Eleven
Friday nights are the best because there's rarely anything needing done that you can't put off until at least tomorrow.
But this one is even better because I've achieved more than I could have aimed for this week, and tomorrow's weather forecast looks perfect for a nice January bike ride.
And I found two beers left over from Christmas at the back of the fridge.
