Bando giallo di blu

The older I get, the more I expect sunsets and appreciate sunrises.

Today, I awoke for the sunrise in Miami, knowing my return to the Minnesota was hours away.

The serenity of the landscape was perfect. Calming blues interrupted by a band of yellow. Perfect for January, at least in my narrow life.

I am back in Minnesota tonight. The warmth of the sun has been surpassed by the warmth of my wife, daughters and pups.
