Friday 13 January 2012: The File World
When I first started working at the doctors each and every one of those spots was filled to the top with mail that had to be filed. Then there were two crates filled with mail to be filed. No one had done anything about it for years.
Two years later...and I'm finally done. Kind of a big deal.
