'Three Miles!' she said
'Three Miles Daddy!!'
'I cycled three miles!!'

"I know - and I walked / ran beside you just to be on the safe side. I felt every mile!'

'And my pedal fell off half way there.'

Ah yes, the perils of the home assembly bike. Fortunately, no harm done *sighs of relief*

This afternoon, around Alton Water we triumphed.
