Our favourite chili chap looking more than a little like a chilly chap at Stockbridge Market today.

If you like tasty condiments then Byam's your man! I first met him when spreading the word about the Crail Food Festival. He came along to sell his condiments there and was very supportive in our first year. He's working hard to make a real success of his business venture, and supplies several quality stores in Edinburgh and elsewhere with his hot pepper jelly, chutneys and more.

Think the Edinburgh Cake Ladies would also be interested to know that he makes a prize winning chocolate chilli cake.
