Monday 16 January 2012: Energy!

A very cold, dark & frosty 3.6mile run this evening. Not drinking until after the marathon, so using wine glasses for energy sweets!!

I am raising money for MS Resource Centre by taking a picture a day and asking people who like it to support by texting chal60 £(amount) to 70070. Thanks.
