Tire - hoop that covers a wheel

That´s what the dictionary says about tire.
So this is what our new nailed winter jeep tires look like. Finally we had the courage (well my husband did) to take the jeep back to the tire dealer and get them to take them back and get new ones. Should have said something straight away...... then the car would still be ok and that traffic sign would not be in Heaven.
