Thursday 12 January 2012: 14. cactus (& agave!)
so, cactus is in a lot of places, I know. but I love how it grows wild and crazy here, on the sides of houses in urban neighborhoods, in the vast desert of west texas, and in the case of one backyard in presidio, how it can fill a whole yard - the biggest cactus I've ever seen.

bonus: there is an agave plant in there that i didn't even notice when i took the picture. agave are actually my favorite plant altogether.
