Tuesday 17 January 2012: Asadango at the Abode

Tonight our wonderful hosts at the Abode B&B, David & Zoe arranged an unforgettable experience. They coined it "Asadango" to reflect both the Asado (Argentinian barbecue) and private Tango lesson.

It was a really nice bunch of people including Aussies, Brits, Americans and local Argentinians. Our tango masters, Gustavo and Jorgelina were extremely patient as the novices weaved around the terrace dancefloor. Then the Asado commenced with tray after tray of succulent beef, chicken and fish. One of the highlights was a crispy plate of sweetbreads.

We strolled the 30 second trip to our room very, very content.
