Havent a clue

Can anyone tell me what this is?
This has been in the garden for years but this is the first time it has flowered.

Another day at home with the builders, im really hoping they are finished on Friday, it looks like they will be. I cant wait for the weekend to get back over to the coast, at least we are over hump day.
