Thursday 19 January 2012: Bill and Cheque
Today I visited the excellent Charles Cotton hotel in Hartington.
I had intended to take a few pictures but time ran out and although the light was amazing on the way back I was in a car in a hurry so wasn't able to take a single shot.
A real shame as the day was generally awful rain, cold, wind and even hailstones this evening but when the sun came through it was really amazing, you'll have to take my word for it.
So, here we have an indoors shot of my friend Bill holding up his unfeasibly large cheque that his company Crocus Health Care is donating to Helen's Trust, along with real, normal sized money!
