19. bbq

i'm not even eating meat right now but there is nothing in the world like texas bbq. other us bbq cannot compare. north carolina dry rub bbq? good, but not the same. memphis bbq? good, but not the same. kansas city bbq? not good, also not the same.

give me the salt lick down in austin (or any good bbq joint for that matter) any day.

bbq is in fact my most often cited reason for thinking i could never be a successful long-term vegetarian.
