Saturday 21 January 2012: Vigili del Fuoco
The Italian fire fighters (Vigili del Fuoco) have done some amazingly brave work this week.
How brave would I be when confronted with disaster?
I really don't know the answer to that. I don't think anyone does until put in the position.
But to knowingly put yourself into a dangerous situation, that is brave.
In everyday life, Saturday involved freezing football, a trip to Ikea and the purchase of an apple tree.
Sons #1 and #2 want me to go and lounge like a beached whale on the sofa and watch Jurassic Park 3. Well, a Dad's gotta do what a Dad's gotta do...!
