Saturday 21 January 2012: Mexican Tonight
Daniel's turn to do dinner, although must admit he does it more often than he is scheduled for.
He did a Mexican with Beef Enchiladas, Chicken Quesidillas and Avocado and Tomato Quesidillas, Salad and rice.
We even had starter of Potted shrimps and a home made pear and raspberry pie, which was a joint effort by Daniel and Dhylan (7).
Delicious and I ate far more than I intended but I'll make up for it next week!
