This sea dragon sculpture is along the waterfront on North Harbor Drive close to SeaPort Village.
This whole week is full of New Year celebrations for Asians: The Tet Festival starts off the week sponsored by the Vietnamese communities and the week will end with the Chinese New Year celebrations.
