Potato Day

Today was Potato Day. Not that you were forced to eat any, just that there was a market where the the only thing you could buy was organic seed potatoes. So off we goes to get our stock ready for the new growing season.

This year we will mainly be growing Golden Wonder the perfect roaster and masher, Nicola the all rounder and Pink Fir Apple the best salad potato in the world.

While I was there I was asked if I wouldn't mind getting snapped by a photographer, which I did on the condition I could blip her back - hence the pic.

Potatoes can be very interesting.
