Spaghetti Chops
Last Sunday I shouted very (and for a long time) loudly at a restaurant after having possibly the worst service I've ever encountered. They comped the food and also gave me a website addy to fill in some feedback. Which, of course I did.
On Tuesday, the manager of said restaurant phoned me to invite me to enjoy a meal, with wine, on them, so they could redeem themselves.
I didn't order the most expensive bottle of wine on the menu today, but I erred to the higher end of the price bracket.
They did redeem themselves, they were falling over backwards to make sure we had a good time.
I am thinking of hiring myself out.... complainerbird.com
