Whilst the top of the stairs isn't generally considered to be a very good place for wheelèd toys it's a much better place than that chosen by the wingpiglet after he refused to let go of it not only whilst climbing the stairs to get to the bathroom to have his teeth brushed but also when he was placed in his cot, tucking it right next to one cheek with a normal soft bed-time-accompaniment-beast on the other side. Fortunately he hadn't managed to entwine his fingers around it sufficiently to prevent it being removed once he'd properly gone to sleep.
