Monday 23 January 2012: Dunters
Uploading the Dunters on the assumption that the Northern Lights which I saw but missed photographing last night will not appear tonight.
Dunter is the Shetland (and much of Northern Scotland) name for the Eider and good to see them back in full breeding plumage in the small boat harbour. Not sure what I would do without the SBH as it has come to my rescue numerous times. Not a bad place to have less than 2 minutes from the office.
