Saturday 21 January 2012: Coconut

two viewings today :-) bit of a stress getting the house in order but really secretly a little bit chuffed we've got interest.

Went to Morrison's to replenish the fruit bowl and buy some flowers (you know all the cliche items you need for selling houses!) Bob saw a coconut and said he'd like to try it. so our fruit bowl was a little more exotic than normal.

Boys, Dog and myself were banished so we went for a walk in Skipton woods with Lou and Sunny which was nippy but really nice. found bits of the woods I'd not seen before - How long have I lived in Skipton? really!

Anyway when we were allowed to return to the house Bob wanted to open his coconut, a cleaver and a rolling pin were employed in the task (rolling pin is now no more!) Bob decided he didn't really like coconut after that. but thankfully Liz popped round the day after and spied it, said she loved coconut so off she went happy as larry Coconut in hand.

I think these hands are Ali's, helpfully trying to put it back together again while mummy was photographing it, all the artful arrangements I took looked rubbish so I went with the one with his hands in it :-)
